I’m Alexandria Kornegay…

and I've been on this personal journey of activating my highest potential for over a decade and have been professionally supporting others on their journey for over half.

My path to this work was challenging, with lots of trial and error, mental health declines, and uncertainty.
But amidst it all, I always knew that my greatest soul desire is to help others remember who they are and live the life they feel called to live.

This desire has fueled my devotion to studying and practicing various healing modalities, from mindfulness to yoga to somatic techniques to intuitive energy work.
These learnings - both from personal experience and professional training - culminate into the unique blend of modalities that I utilize in my work to help you heal, realign, and create the life of your dreams.
